*MACHINE WITH PALLET FORKS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR LOADING ASSISTANCE ON WEDNESDAY.*
BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10%
CONVENIENCE FEE: If paying with a credit or debit card, there will be a 3% convenience fee.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: We accept most major credit cards. We also accept cash with local pick-up or wire transfer. We accept only local checks with a bank letter guarantee. We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established. Payment of purchases is due by noon the day following the end of the sale. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus buyer’s premium, convenience fee, and sales tax (if applicable) immediately following the sale. The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices at noon on the day following close of the sale unless other payment arrangements have been made before noon on the day following close of the sale. All sales are Final and sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
TERMS: All sales are “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Buyer must rely on their own judgment, knowledge and inspection in making purchasing decision. Preview and inspection period is scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2020, 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM (CST), located at 2017 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570.
SHIPPING AND PICK-UP: Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up. Marcka Auction Services will not facilitate any shipping. This is a local pick-up sale only. Marcka Auction Services will not provide any delivery or loading services. Pick-up is available Wednesday, October 28, 2020, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST). All items purchased should be scheduled for pick-up during these hours. Buyers are responsible to bring all tools, necessary equipment, and labor to remove and ship their items. Any disassembly will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for any damage to the property and merchandise during disassembly and loading. For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and ID.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. Marcka Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise, but makes no guarantees or warranties of representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final. All sales are “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Bidders who bid from off-site at our online auctions, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bidders must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspections.
Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Marcka Auction Services, its staff, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before, during, or after the auction. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for mistaken bids.
If a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes of the Auction, the bidding time will extend for two (2) more minutes for that lot.
Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to extend the bidding ending date & time for any lot /lots in any auction.
Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to suspend the bidding on any lot/lots in any auction.
Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to refuse or suspend bidding privileges to anyone at any time.
