PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash or Check with bank letter guarantee.
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT VEHICLES will be issued documents to take to the County Clerk's Office to apply for a new title.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment is due by 5:00 P.M. (CT), Friday, September 25, 2026. A 10% Buyer's Premium plus Sales Tax will be added to the final bid.

MOTOR VEHICLES: The high bid for final sale on lots are subject to seller approval. The title will be put in the name of the registered bidder. No open titles will be issued. Buyer will be required to sign all documentation required by law for the sale of a motor vehicle.
PICK UP: Buyer will need to make an appointment with Marcka Enterprises LLC for pick up, (931) 456-7555.
ENDING OF SALE: The lots will begin closing at 7:00 P.M. (CT) on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2026, and will be a soft close. Auction will close at the rate of one (1) item every two (2) minutes. If a bid is placed on a lot in the last two (2) minutes of that lot closing, the bidding time for that lot will auto-extend two (2) minutes. This process will continue until no other bids are being placed on that lot.
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this auction and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions. Marcka Enterprises LLC reserves the right to refuse or suspend bidding privileges to anyone at anytime. We reserve the right not to issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established.
All sales are final and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", no warranties or guarantees. Bidder must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspection in making purchasing decisions. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors. Marcka Enterprises LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise but make no guarantees or warranties of representation.
By using this site, the bidder accepts that they are using this site at their own risk without any warranties or guarantees from Marcka Enterprises LLC. Marcka Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the site. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any type of claim against Marcka Enterprises LLC.
Marcka Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for mistaken bids or for missed bids. Marcka Enterprises LLC will not be responsible if the platform or internet service fails to work correctly before, during, or after the auction. Marcka Enterprises LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Marcka Enterprises LLC reserves the right to extend the bidding ending date and time for any lot/lots in this auction.
Marcka Enterprises LLC will not be responsible for any levels of fluids or liquids in any type of units such as antifreeze, oil, gasoline, or differential lubes. It is the buyer's responsibility to check these items on the vehicles.
