PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, Check with bank letter guarantee, or Wire Transfer. If paying with a check & not familiar with the auction company, check must be approved before the sale.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Payment is due by 3:00 P.M. (CT), Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases at the end of the sale. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid.

MOTOR VEHICLES: The title will be put in the name of the registered bidder. No open titles will be issued. Buyer will be required to sign all documentation required by law for the sale of a motor vehicle. The buyer will pay sales tax, registration, & title fees at their local County Clerk's office.
PICK UP: Pick up date is Wednesday, June 24, 2026, 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (CT) located at 376 Sparta Hwy, Crossville, TN. All items must be picked up during these hours, unless other arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick up. This is a local pick up sale only. Marcka Auction Services will not provide any delivery. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for any accidents or damage. For pick up, please bring your I.D. Vehicles and titles may be picked up after funds have been approved & cleared.
ENDING OF SALE: The lots will begin closing at 7:00 P.M. (CT) on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026, and will be a soft close. Auction will close at the rate of one (1) item every one (1) minute. If a bid is placed on a lot in the last two (2) minutes of that lot closing, the bidding time for that lot will auto-extend two (2) minutes. This process will continue until no other bids are being placed on that lot.
All bidders must be at least 18 years of age or older. By registering to bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this auction and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to refuse or suspend bidding privileges to anyone at anytime. We reserve the right not to issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established.
All sales are final and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", no warranties or guarantees. Bidder must rely on their own judgment, knowledge, and inspection in making purchasing decisions. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors. Marcka Auction Services may attempt to describe the merchandise but make no guarantees or warranties of representation.
By using this site, the bidder accepts that they are using this site at their own risk without any warranties or guarantees from Marcka Auction Services. Marcka Auction Services shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the site. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any type of claim against Marcka Auction Services.
Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for mistaken bids or for missed bids. Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible if the platform or internet service fails to work correctly before, during, or after the auction. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Marcka Auction Services reserves the right to extend the bidding ending date and time for any lot/lots in this auction.
Marcka Auction Services will not be responsible for any levels of fluids or liquids in any type of units such as antifreeze, oil, gasoline, or differential lubes. It is the buyer's responsibility to check these items on the vehicles.
