The high bid for final sale is subject to the Seller's Approval.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the total sales price.

A 10% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Balance due at closing, within 30 days of sale.

All measurements per tax records. Buyer to verify measurements. Buyer will be buying this property without a current survey. NO CONTINGENCIES on inspections, appraisals, or financing.
